**Job Description****Job Title:** Buffer and Media Sr Inventory Coordinator**Reports to:** Manufacturing Planning Supervisor**Group / Division:** Operations (001202)**Career Band:** 3**Job Family:** Operations**Job Sub Family:** Operations Scheduling**Job Code:** OPS.MGPL.A04**Job Track:** Full Time**Position Location:** St. Louis, MO**Number of Direct Reports:** 0**Position Summary:**The Buffer and Media Sr Inventory Coordinator is responsible for supporting various activities within Operations that primarily include the ordering, preparing, and placement of material for the BAM production department.**Key Responsibilities:**+ Assist with ordering and delivery of all consumables to BAM areas.+ Assist with acquiring and staging of materials and consumables at/from the wipe-down station for entrance into the suite.+ Assist with inventory counts within the production suites and coordinate results with BAM management, Planning and Procurement+ Performs or assists with investigations when discrepancies of inventory are discovered.+ Participate in shift exchanges, 1-1’s, meetings, attend meetings as vital to facilitate area needs based on changes, etc. (example: Bam shift huddle, RMMH).+ Work with planners ensuring materials are available in time to meet formulation dates.+ Assist coordinators with overall inventory accuracy of the raw material storage areas.+ Leads expiry of chemicals and single use materials, including removing, scrapping, quarantining, and raising concern.+ Provide recommendations and assist with implementing process improvements related to ordering, storage, and staging of materials.+ Stage and prep material for media formulations+ Work conjointly with BAM Planners, supervisors, and technicians to ensure all raw material issues are addressed quickly and effectively.**Frequent Contacts:**+ Planners+ Supervisors+ Technicians+ Quality Control Raw Materials+ Staging and Warehouse**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:**+ **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent combinations of education, training, and meaningful work experience may be considered.+ **Experience:** 3-5 years of GMP experience or other highly regulated industry experience required. Some exposure to manufacturing or planning/scheduling environment preferred.
