We are proud of the team-oriented and employee-empowered business approach that defines our unique character.DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & SCOPE:Update and manage the company website; project updates, press releases, etc.Organize and maintain historical project data.Brainstorm social media campaignsManage targeted advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.)Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns and posts.Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.Develop social media strategies.Guide the messaging, tone, and brand voice for social channels.Stay current on industry innovations and tools.Support marketing objectivesCreative social media posts with relevant keywords for SEOWrite press releases on completed projects and community outreach events.Ready to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced working environments.Work with an external PR company on advertising and marketing campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS:Excellent written and verbal communication skills2-3 years of experience in a Social Media role; within an electrical construction business would be preferred.Recent experience from a corporate perspective using Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TwitterWebsite SEO knowledge and organic traffic experienceExperience running targeted ad campaigns.Google Ads knowledge and experienceWebsite management experience (WordPress preferred)Experience with CRM database preferred (Cosential preferred)Experience with Adobe CC products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)Able to handle multiple deadlines at one time.
