Position ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and maintain robust network infrastructure solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking components, to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.Configure and troubleshoot AV devices for seamless operation and network compatibilityDevelop and implement network policies to optimize AV performance and minimize latencyCollaborate with teams to integrate audio-visual solutions into existing network infrastructureStay updated on emerging networking and AV technologies and assess their impact.Participate in project planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelinesCollaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize AV solution requirementsHere's What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or a related area of studyAt least 3 years of experience in networking engineering or similar rolesStrong understanding of networking principles and protocolsFamiliarity with network equipment from vendors such as: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, and Palo Alto NetworksAbility to integrate audio-visual and low voltage solutions into network infrastructures, with a track record of configuring and troubleshooting AV devices and protocols such as HDMI, HDCP, HDBaseT, and DanteFamiliarity with a broad spectrum of audio-visual standards and technologies, including H.264, H.265, SIP, WebRTC, Dante, AES67, and SDVoE.Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving prowess, enabling prompt identification, diagnosis, and resolution of intricate network and AV challengesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendorsPreferred: industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CompTIA Network+, AVIXA CTS, or equivalent qualificationsDemonstrate and uphold Power Design's core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growthBenefits and Perks
