Job Description:
Leads the development, planning, coordination, and execution of the content strategy business lines.Plans how web content is managed, maintained, and measured.Delivers expert-level ongoing support, including content production.Provides expert-level evaluation of content effectiveness.Identifies clear and effective processes to manage web content, develops a content library, and content calendar.Serves as expert advisor to cross-functional teams and drives continuous improvement and/or strategic initiatives to advance the effectiveness of agency/public-facing communications.Provides technical guidance and mentoring in standardizing content formats to adapt to the broadest possible array of technical platforms.Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, technology or related field.7+ years of experience in content strategySkills Areas:•Highly analytical to explore alternatives for highly complex tasks, identify risk/benefit andgain consensus.•Ability to perform independent research on highly complex solutions..
