What is your role?
As a Senior UI Developer for Eleventh Hour Games, you will be working closely with our UI/UX and game development teams to implement user-friendly, great-looking interfaces in Unity that convey system-heavy information in an easy-to-understand format.
This position will require a candidate with deep understanding of ARPGs, specifically adapting to Last Epoch, who understands the complexities of developing UI related to complex character building and game systems. This role is ideal for someone who craves ownership and has strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The role requires excellent communication skills and autonomy as you will be working with a fully remote team.
Qualifications
5+ years of Gaming-specific UI Development experience in a programming roleImpeccable communication skills and autonomy as you will be working with a fully remote teamDemonstrable command of C#Working experience with Unity Engine and Unity UIStrong knowledge of game engine systems and performance, as well as data structures and algorithmsProficiency in writing clean, readable, and efficient codePluses
Passion for ARPGs or similar multiplayer titlesStrong design sensibilitiesA PC setup with:

Responsibilities
Collaborating closely with game developers, artists, and designers to fully comprehend and specify game features and system needsLeading the UI implementation of new game featuresMaintaining and improving elements of the existing game interfaceFinding or developing tools and processes to make the development process more efficientCoordinating with your team to define development timeframes, dependencies, and areas of risk to be considered in project planningSpearheading the process to improve Gamepad support and UI quality across different platformsOwnership of console certification processWhy Eleventh Hour Games?EHG is a fast growing Indie Studio, focused on a passion for top-down action RPGs.
