Brandt is currently seeking Multimedia Production Coordinators for our Regina, SK location.
The role of Production Coordinator will have two primary categories of responsibility: To Support the teams’ efforts in Multimedia Production and Live Event Production. Both will be rooted in common skills and themes like organization, communication, and internal process. The Production Coordinator position requires a person with experience in multimedia production. Beyond day-to-day coordination, there will be a need for project planning, traffic control, scheduling, tracking, invoice processing and travel planning. This role is an integral part of our team success in supporting the greater marketing effort.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Multimedia Production
Pre-Production
Work closely with the Project Manager for the team’s largest and most complex projects
Support the plans of the Director/Production Manager directives for the team
Responsible for scheduling, and communicating with the Account Management Team, Designers and Copy Writers
Production
May be required to be on site during complex shoots to ensure optimal communication and pivoting if required
Post-Production
Responsible for working closely with the creative teams to ensure all assets are secured for the edit
Process Development and Enhancement
Work closely with Production Coordinator(s) and the team of Photographers/Videographers/Editors to enhance processes as the scope and complexity of projects and teams continue to grow
Annual Planning
Under the direction of the Multimedia and Production Manager, will support annual planning activities to ensure the project roadmap for the year is focused on the greater team’s largest priorities
Event Production
Pre-Production
Assist the pre-production efforts of our events, including:
Internal and external resource planning support
Vendor Screening and Selection Support
Running the development, revision and sharing of the event’s run of show
Scheduling of production resources and other stakeholders for planning, rehearsals, and execution of the event
Space and technical set-upof events
Asset scoping and project management
Production & Show Calling
Lead the production of the event on site, where required
Depending on the complexity of the show, this could include calling the showordelegating to another member of an internal or external team
