PURPOSE STATEMENT

As a

Network Design & Modeling Analyst , you have the opportunity to shape the future of Rich's global supply chain. You will partner with Business Unit representatives to assess viable profitability, productivity, & service improvements utilizing supply chain network modeling. Your ability to concisely communicate complex problems and actionable data-based insights will be leveraged to challenge the status quo of Rich's network design & supply chain capabilities.

Data Preparation

Data sourcing, cleansing, and structuring for input into Rich's supply chain models (existing & to-be-designed) to ensure high quality data outputsAutomation of to-be-designed data models for markets onboarding to Rich's data platformsDocumenting processes and updating standard procedures for repeatable processesData Modeling

Testing the impacts of changing business variables on supply chain costs, service fulfillment, & capacity utilizationDesigning the structure of new and maintenance of existing supply chain data models using Coupa network design software (formerly Llamasoft)Automation of to-be-designed data models for markets onboarding to Rich's data platformsBusiness Consulting & Evaluations

Understanding each Business Unit's unique needs to translate them into data model inputs, while maintaining a holistic view of impacts to Rich's supply chainApply critical thinking & problem solving to interpret results from supply chain data models & scenarios, never taking outputs at face valueOffering actionable data-based recommendations for both requested scenarios and those found in your own discoveryCommunicating results by tailoring presentations towards different audiences (customer perspective, peers, Business Unit leaders, Supply Chain leaders, etc.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Requirements

Bachelor's degree + 3 years' experience ORMaster's degree + 1 year experience in network design & optimization, supply chain analysis, data analysis, logistics, operations research or equivalent1-year minimum creating models in Coupa (Llamasoft) network design softwareOpenness to communicate cross-functionally with domestic & global associates.Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing large datasets (i.e. Data Guru, Tableau Prep, Alteryx, etc.)Experience with advanced data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Intermediate knowledge of supply chain management principles (Financials, transportation, warehousing, forecasting, and inventory planning)Demonstrated critical thinking and sequencing capabilities for complex data situationsAbility to summarize extensive data results into concise PowerPoint presentationsDesire to challenge the norm and to provide radically different alternatives, while balancing business needsThrives in an environment that balances autonomous working styles, established analytical procedures, peer-reviewed results, and continuous individual & team development.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$71,349.22 - $96,531.30
