The Role:

At Digital Impulse, we believe remarkable talent, enthusiasm, and creative thinking add up to great work. We're looking for a UX Strategist dedicated to crafting clear, consistent, and inclusive user experiences for our website builds.

In this role, you'll work alongside writers, designers, and developers as we craft engaging website experiences for a wide variety of clients. You'll play a key role in the development of UX strategy for our website builds, leading key decision making around making our website experiences user-centered.

This role is highly client-facing, and you'll be working with our Director of Content Strategy and Design Director as a supporting strategic mind and "stakeholder whisperer," helping to synthesize many client goals and viewpoints into one coherent strategy for website execution.

Job Responsibilities Include:Leading UX research and data analysis throughout web build projectsUnderstanding client goals, core needs, KPIs, and challenges as we move through a website buildCommunicating with key stakeholders to determine strategic decisions around contentGuiding website architecture and driving decision making around overall website structureElevating user experiences in collaboration with design and development to evolve the user experienceBuilding and/or adhering to data-driven research (SEO, user personas and user journeys)Assisting in strategic planning for information architecture, sitemapping, wireframing, and content developmentPost-launch analysis & optimizationJob Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience working with user testing, UX research, and data analysisExcellent communication skills with close attention to detailA love for user content and UX (both long-form content and microcopy)Experience working with developers, designers, marketing, and supportA proven track record of working in and managing projects in an agile, fast-paced environmentAn understanding of how content drives clients' business objectivesA knack for creatively engaging with audiencesAnalytical skills to interpret user research (personas, user journeys, analytics)Experience in building out copywriting guidelinesBasic understanding of SEO fundamentalsCross-industry website copywriting experienceIdeal Candidate:
