for our premier client in
Auburn Hills Michigan.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Technical Requirements and Certifications "Desired:
Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer.
Education and Experience "
Bachelor's Degree8-10 years of working experience with brand teams, agencies and Marketing Service IT Organizations.Proven experience as a Marketing Cloud Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and capabilities.Experience in integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems (e.g., CRM, CMS) using APIs and data feeds.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities "
Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup, configuration, and development, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AMP script, with the ability to create and modify email templates and landing pages.Solid understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices, including audience segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and campaign reporting.Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation techniques to extract, transform, and load data into Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Strong technical development skills in Oracle 12C, SQL Plus & TOAD.Strong customer-focused individual with a passion for responding to the needs of customers.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (technical and non-technical).Ability to operate to brand needs and deliver results to time, quality and cost control.Capable of performing tasks in dynamic/changing circumstances.
