Performs data analysis, time series analysis, experimentation, and data visualization, respond to ad-hoc requests from business partners to identify, quantify opportunities and/or address specific questions to deliver business outcome.
Manages requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation processes to capture business and end user needs. Prioritize needs within and across projects
based on business impact.
Drives analytics design decisions by taking relevant inputs from business team and defining clear plan for analysis.
Leads projects using data mining and data visualization techniques to Client insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
Unlizes programming language to perform advanced-level data extraction, transformation and data management; fully document and manage library of
source code and algorithms for future use. Acts as expert on business data and works closely with Data COE and Technology team to improve the data quality, data definition and consistency. Working
with relevant teams establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for data analyses.
Ensures standard policies and processes are followed in delivering data solutions.
Works closely with Data COE and Technology in identifying, documenting, and acting on business issues or requirements as those relate to data
Provides team leadership and enterprise leadership across data domains,
Participates in presentations to stakeholders, effectively communicating the key findings and recommendations to support data driven and evidence-based decision-making.
Creates reports and analyzes data to identify solutions that meet business goals Analyzes current processes and identifies existing or potential problems in order to Client new process improvement opportunities
