Job Summary :

This role is responsible for the Salesforce portion of our MarTech stack. As the Marketing Technology Lead - Salesforce you will serve as product owner and support continuous improvement efforts for assigned portion of MarTech stack to enhance efficiencies and support business strategies. You will develop business cases and lead technology projects for the Salesforce stack. You will serve as the super-user for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Technology or related field5+ years of experience in email and push notification deployment and management; 1+ years hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platform (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot); Experience with using Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to work in matrixed organizationAbility to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholdersAn understanding of how to communicate priorities, mitigate impacts, and manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders, and where requirements often change.Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on communications and marketing strategyOther:

Ability to travel 10% - internationally and domestically

Preferred Qualifications:

8+ years of experience including extensive knowledge of marketing technology implementationPrior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firmProven experience driving marketing transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organizationsMicrosoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing effortsUnderstanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are a plusWorking knowledge of SQL and Tealium tag managerEssential Duties and Responsibilities :

Lead continuous improvement efforts across teams to enhance efficiencies and support business strategies via our CRM toolsServe as business-side super-user for Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot, supporting strategic and operational CRM team members, including being the subject matter expert on what's possible with our existing technology and what's needed to meet evolving requirementsPrioritize internal IT and vendor work for CRM tools with a focus on achieving business goals and KPIsEnsure best practices are followed in development and use of CRM toolsInfluence creative and digital marketing development and design through deep knowledge of systems and practice standardsOversee weekly ticket grooming and backlog prioritization sessions to support marketing strategy and program initiativesEnsure development of reusable layouts/templates for email systems along with developing the UI (extendable and reusable)Manage and maintain quality assurance process within digital team and deliver feasible solutions
