We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, specifically in policy, procedure, and plan development based on COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). Additionally, experience in instructional design, including using Adobe Captivate, is highly desirable.Responsibilities:Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and content for technical documentation.Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and plans related to IT services and infrastructure based on COBIT and ITIL frameworks.Create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including manuals, guides, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and process flows.Ensure documentation adheres to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.Conduct reviews and revisions of existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and completeness.Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and provide user-friendly documentation and training materials.Utilize instructional design principles and tools such as Adobe Captivate to develop engaging and interactive training content.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications:2-4 years of relevant experienceBachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in IT technical writing, including policy, procedure, and plan development.Familiarity with COBIT and ITIL frameworks and their application in IT governance and management.Strong communication, writing, and editing skills with attention to detail.Experience in instructional design and e-learning development tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or similar platforms.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulations (preferred but not required)
