WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We are seeking a skilled

A/V Technician with technical proficiency in audio and video equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule to accommodate event needs. Attention to detail, physical stamina for equipment handling, and a collaborative mindset are essential. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends are also highly valued.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in managing AV meetings and ensure a high-quality experience for both local and remote participants.Maintain our conference rooms and ensure they are functional on a day-to-day basis, resolving operational issues promptly.Ensure a great level of customer service having a keen focus on helping people resolve issues and problems before and during meetings.Help create documentation to reinforce the processes and policies regarding AV best practices and room management .Assist in developing a comprehensive plan to standardize and update conference room solutions company wide.A strong understanding of audio and video equipment, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting of sound systems, microphones, projectors, video screens, and lighting equipment .

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:5-8 years of experience in the AV industry .Exceptional knowledge of Zoom and Teams rooms audio/video technology .Experience managing

Neat and Logitech hardware .Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of working independently.Good time management skills to manage priorities.
