This role is for our client that is currently in seed stage and looking to grow out their engineering team.
Our client empowers AI video ad creation.
They leverage generative AI to instantly create video ads for businesses and brands.
ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from problem definition to deployment.Develop and implement LLM and multimodal models, experimenting with novel algorithms and techniques.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our products and services.Contribute to research that can be published in top-tier conferences.
QualificationsHaving a Master or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.Strong foundation in algorithms, linear algebra, statistics, and machine learning principles.Strong coding skills in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Curiosity and a strong desire to learn and tackle challenging problems.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.Last but not least, you are genuinely a nice person.At this time, we are only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S.
They are located in the South Bay Area in Northern California.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $220,000 + equity
