RESPONSIBILITIES:Technical Design-Develop, implement, and maintain day-to-day operations for technical teams to provide guidance and leadership to ensure understanding of quality and fit expectations.Oversees timely operational functions related to product technical packages, fit development, evaluation and construction and timely pre-production approvals.Partners with cross-functional production teams to ensure that fit approvals are prioritized, and calendar milestones are met.Drive fit and construction consistency through all categories.Execution of Design vision using block patterns.Review and update grading and construction standards as needed.Quality-Develop, implement, and maintain policies pertaining to Quality and Process.Sets annual goals and objectives to drive consistent improvement in quality assurance process and procedure as it relates to the delivery of product.Communicate accordingly with direct suppliers as to the requirements of product.Joint accountability for overall return rates and reasons for return, customer feedback, fit and performance of garments, overseas and domestic inspection performance.Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS10+ years industry experience in apparel industry with thorough knowledge of fit and fabricationProven project management skills.Able to develop & manage external and internal KPI’s (i.e., vendor compliance, on time performance, etc.).Proficient in Microsoft Office products including PLM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.2D / 3D knowledge is a plus.Proven success in nurturing strong cross functional partnerships, driving business results and inspiring a culture of collaboration and accountability.Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
