Job DescriptionCOMC is looking to hire a

Senior Web Developer (React).

Reporting to the Sr Engineer Manager, the Senior Web Developer (React) is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining multiple internal and external web applications written using React which run in Azure. The ideal candidate will be a team player, familiar with collaboration tools and practices when working on software development team in an agile environment, and skilled at mentoring junior developers to help them grow. Web developers are expected to have and maintain a current skill set using but not limited to React, Azure, SQL Server. Experience with .Net is a definite plus.NOTE: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with the job. Job ResponsibilitiesContribute to on-going software development effort on day-to-day basisParticipate in peer-review process for code of team members on projects assignedCollaborate with project team members to achieve sprint goalsParticipate in agile ceremonies and occasional meetings when needed related to software features currently being worked onContinuously learn new technologies, patterns, and best practicesPresent ideas for continuously improving systems and processesApproximately 80% active software development time, 20% time in meetings and other tasks

Job QualificationsExpert knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript – 3+ yearsExperience developing web applications with React – 3+ yearsSolid knowledge of HTML, CSS, webpack, and relatedSolid understanding of web protocols, how full stack applications operateMicrosoft Azure Cloud – 1-2+ years (Preferred)Full-stack development experience is a plus.Net / C# experience is a definite plus

Additional QualificationsExcellent verbal communication skills.Knowledgeable about professional sporting industry (NBA, NFL, MLB etc.) is a plus.Interested in learning about the trading card industry.

This is a hybrid position, with some time on-site each week and some time remote.
