Director / Sr. Director UX Design (Platform)As our Director/Sr. Director, UX Design (Platform), you'll play a pivotal role in defining the user experience and leading the design team to bring our vision to life.
In this leadership role, you'll:Develop and champion the UX vision that aligns with JazzX's strategic goals.Lead user research to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly designs.Oversee the entire UX design process, ensuring effective collaboration across product development.Foster a collaborative environment where UX, product, engineering, and marketing seamlessly work together.Advocate for the power of UX within the company and translate its impact on product success.
Who You AreA seasoned UX leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience, ideally within the tech industry, and a proven track record of leading successful user-centric design projects.Expertise in UX design tools and a strong understanding of design thinking, prototyping, and user testing.Experience designing interfaces for AI-powered applications.A strategic and creative mindset for tackling complex design challenges.The ability to lead and inspire a design team, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.A deep commitment to understanding and integrating user feedback into the design process.A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (an advanced degree is a plus).
