As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for improving our website's visibility, driving organic traffic, and increasing lead generation to support revenue growth for Talkdesk's offerings. You will play a key role in shaping our online presence and ensuring that our solutions reach our target audience and drive them towards actions that yield growth for the business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with our business goals and targets clientsConduct keyword research to identify opportunities for improving our website's ranking and visibility in search enginesOptimize website content, landing pages, and marketing materials with a focus on conversion rate optimizationMonitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools, and make data-driven decisions to improve resultsCollaborate with the content, marketing, and product teams to create SEO-friendly content that resonates with our audienceStay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our SEO strategies remain effectiveManage and improve the technical SEO aspects of our website, including site structure, schema markup, and page speed optimizationLead link-building strategies and efforts to enhance domain authority and search visibilityReport regularly on SEO progress and impact, providing insights and recommendations to senior managementRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of SEO experience, specifically with B2B SaaS productsProven track record of improving SEO performance, driving organic traffic, and generating leads for B2B audiencesStrong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategiesProficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and Microsoft Office or Google SuiteExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendationsStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teamsCreative and strategic thinker with a problem-solving attitude

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work.
