InStride is looking for a Sr. Content Strategy Specialist to develop and drive our content strategy for our learner engagement efforts. This is an exciting growth opportunity to partner with our Engagement, Design, and Product teams to help learners become aware of, engage with and participate in corporate partner education programs.Who you are
:3+ years experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or a similar role.Success developing and executing strategies for multimedia assets and product content integrationAbility to manage multiple initiatives with a track record for consistently meeting deadlinesProactive problem-solver who takes initiative to tackle new challenges and propose creative solutionsDriven by curiosity with a passion for learning and exploring new ideas to drive continuous improvementExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detailSkilled at facilitating and enabling people to collaborate with each otherExcited by the challenge of building a premier business that delivers not only high revenue growth and compelling return on investment, but also has a substantial impact on societyExposure to the functioning of higher education institutions through direct experience or affiliation with the education industryHigh EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a "no job too small" startup mentalityAbility to receive and provide effective feedback with a growth mindsetHow you will create impact
:Develop and implement a comprehensive, audience-centric content strategy in collaboration with the Manager, Strategic Initiatives, leveraging a diverse range of multimedia assets to captivate learners and guide them through the awareness and consideration phasesDevelop our editorial calendar to drive a content strategy that is amplified through our B2B2C marketing effortsCreate a multimedia content map that considers various content formats such as written, static visuals and videoCollaborate with our internal design team and freelancers for various content initiativesOwn and optimize performance metrics (engagement and conversion) for contentSupport additional marketing initiatives across paid media, email and social campaignsTarget base compensation amount for this role outlined below. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts shown below.
$65,000-$80,000 USD
