Job purpose

If you're a dynamic marketing professional with a talent for creating impactful content and enabling sales teams, we invite you to apply for the Sales Enablement Specialist position. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in driving successful sales outcomes by developing compelling marketing content and empowering our sales team with effective materials. Duties and responsibilities

Develop, manage and deploy an effective outgoing marketing strategy that promotes CHIME's programs and marketing services opportunities to members and non-members.Develop Conversation-focused marketing copy for various channels, including emails, landing pages and social media.Work with marketing team to create, update and revise marketing collateral to support the business development team.Work with the business development team on the creation of custom proposals.Create and maintain sales enablement materials that support the business development team, including pitch decks, product sheets, and case studies.Work closely with the marketing teams to align messaging and content with overall marketing strategies.Develop visually appealing and persuasive sales proposals to present to potential clients.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing content and sales enablement materials, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to sales enablement and marketing copywriting.Foster strong communication between sales, marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment on messaging and goals.Utilize HubSpot to streamline and automate sales processes, implementing workflows and sequences to optimize lead generation and nurturing.Develop target lists and manage a regular cadence of outgoing marketing messaging that targets companies with offers that align with their solutions.Track effectiveness of outreach and optimize to enhance results.Surface and distribute leads to the business development team.Develop and implement a strategy to track lead conversations.Manage database(s).Update product suite as new products are added.Develop reporting and dashboards in HubSpot for pipeline visibility.Assist in the training and onboarding of sales team members on the effective use of HubSpot.Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree is required. Marketing or related field is highly preferred.2+ years experience working in a sales support role driving revenue focused marketing opportunities.Proven experience in writing conversion-based marketing copy that drives leads and pushed recipient to take action.Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.Data management and list development, segmentation.Demonstrated experience at driving leads and pipeline generation through marketing outreach.Microsoft Office: Advanced skills in creating visually appealing and effective presentations using PowerPoint, and strong Excel skills, ability to build pivot tables.Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all materials.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work across multiple departments to accomplish goals.

Working conditions

This is a remote based position. Some travel will be required.
