The Essentials:3+ years of healthcare/pharma programmatic advertising experience.Proven track record of dominating campaigns and delivering measurable results.Exceptional analytical abilities to transform data into actionable insights.Top-notch leadership and talent development skills.Persuasive communication to present ideas and build client relationships.Deep programmatic platform, tech and best practice knowledge.Familiarity with healthcare regulations.Certifications in major platforms are a huge plus: Adfire, GoogleAd, Meta Ad.European market experience is highly desirable.
