Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an experienced and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist who can help elevate our presence even further as the global leader in body composition and fluid quantification. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic online campaigns and analytics-driven insights. The Digital Marketing Specialist should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities, long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

Responsibilities

Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display medical device advertising campaigns.Generate the proper and regular contents for web/social media channels with communication between sales and clinical team as well as lead the visual contents creation with freelanced designer(s)Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.Analyze inquiry acquisition trends and develop strategies to increase online awareness with higher inquiries and potential clients.Engage outcome of digital marketing campaigns and data analysisIdeate long-term strategic plannings with management for establishing better positioning, identifying and segmentizing target audiences, and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, business, or related fieldStrong understanding on WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM and social media channel management (especially LinkedIn)Good understanding on contents generation tool – Canva, Illustrator, etc.Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing plans and campaigns (preferably in the medical/healthcare industry)Experience with marketing automation and CRM (Zoho)Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsAdvanced proficiency with online marketing and social media strategyWillingness to roll up sleeves and get the job doneBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
