Job Details
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the commercial and residential restoration market
- You will lead a team of sales professionals, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand our commercial restoration services
- Your expertise in sales, team leadership, and industry knowledge will be instrumental in achieving our growth objectives
- Developing marketing strategies for the business
- Organizing promotional events and coordinating
- Identify and target commercial clients in need of restoration and remediation services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, commercial real estate agents, and other potential clients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of commercial properties to understand restoration requirements and provide accurate project estimates
- Develop and present tailored sales proposals that outline project scopes, cost estimates, timelines, and benefits
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure the successful
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in commercial sales leadership, preferably within the restoration or construction industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
