We plan on growing 10X in the next ten years and we are looking for an experienced VP of Sales and Market who can help us get there. As our next VP of Sales and Marketing, you will develop and implement global strategies that increase sales and market penetration, driving the acceptance of our products worldwide. In this role, you will be customer service-minded, promoting our mission of inspiring our customers.

Responsibilities and DutiesCreate comprehensive sales and marketing strategies with a focus on earning new business at the rate necessary to meet aggressive short-term and long-term growth goalsBuild, develop, and manage a high-performing sales organization that consistently achieves targetsContinually build, improve, and optimize systems, processes, tools, teams, and activities that profitably and sustainably grow revenue, earnings, customers, and valueHelp define and drive overall business vision and strategyExecute in collaboration with other key executives and departmentsImplement and manage sales forecasting processes that accurately predict future revenue performance.Ensure forecasting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes within the company

SalesDesigning, implementing, and managing market segment sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processesDeveloping, approving, and implementing rental, product distribution, and sales channel strategiesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with contractors, end users globally, and key dealers.Developing key metrics used to measure the success of key team initiatives and sales programsWorking closely with Sales and Product Strategy Leadership to develop and guide our product roadmapAssisting in collecting data and trends on current and new productsEnsuring that product plans are completed and executedProviding financial analysis by market segment, region, etc.

MarketingOverseeing our global branding efforts to ensure its consistency across all market segmentsLeverage team to effectively use social media and web branding effortsConstantly monitoring the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risksCollaborating with Operations and Product Strategy to ensure that Marketing support for new product development and launch is coordinated and timelyWorking with Product Strategy Director and Marketing Director Marketing Team to create go-to-market strategies and develop new product launch campaign requirementsInternal marketing initiative

RequirementsTravel is requiredBS in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field experience6+ years in sales, dealer management, account management, or related roleStrong experience and technical skills in sales and marketing strategy development, execution, business market development, market research, and planningStrong experience successfully leading complex sales negotiationsStrong experience with multi-channel salesStrong people management experience and skills in effectively leading high-performing sales teams.Demonstrated record of leading employees through effective hiring, training, mentoring, and coachingExceptional organizational and prioritization skillsStrong experience with CRM tools and applications
