Senior Media Program Lead - (S/4) Financial Transformation

A recognized media organization in California is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their team as their new Senior Media Program Lead - Financial Transformation.***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week. However, for the right candidate, Remote work will be considered.***Responsibilities:The Senior Media Program Lead - Financial Transformation will:Assist with the S/4 Implementation program for a large media company, focusing on migrating the core corporate general ledger off two legacy environments built on custom legacy software.Collaborate closely with the Senior Director, Manager of Financial Systems, and a team of Business Analysts to drive project success.Serve as the primary point of contact and dedicated resource for partnering with business stakeholders to move the project forward.Oversee all aspects of the program, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and resource allocation.Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and strategic priorities.Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on project progress, issues, and milestones.Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promoting transparency, accountability, and innovationPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:10+ years of experience in Program and/or Project Leadership roleBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related fieldPrevious experience focusing on large-scale financial transformation initiativesProven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex programs within the media industryDeep understanding of financial systems, processes, and best practices, particularly within film and TV productionStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsExperience working with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders across multiple time zonesSolid problem solving and time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:MBA or Advanced DegreePMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification
