Job Summary
Leads UI/UX requirements capture efforts, documenting and translating the requirements in to wireframe mockups, including indications of likely UI behavior, using a wide range of graphic design software.
Essential Function/ PWS RequirementLead the user research to support the design of the User InterfaceDescribe and document the research methodology that will be usedCreate and maintain a living, iteratively updated document of requirements, design processes, user research, and testing findingsCreate comprehensive interactive prototypes in a design or prototyping toolCollaborate with programmers to ensure UI features and behavior meet requirementsPlan, schedule and conduct Usability Testing and User InterviewsDemonstrate the process and value of each phase of the design work to shareholdersRaise any issues and obstacles to the program team in a timely mannerRequired Skills, Qualifications & Certifications
5-10 years of general UX research and UI design, experience of presenting complex knowledge graphs is a plusProficient in creating interactive prototypes using Figma softwareSelf-motivated, able to work independently and as a teamAble to present designs and ideas to senior program membersStrong analytical, oral, and written skillsExcellent eye for detailDesired Skills, Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field from an accredited university or collegeExperience of graphical presentation of multiple complex knowledge graphs is a plusUnderstanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React is a plusBenefits
