We are seeking a dynamic leader for a customer-facing position at our Streetrod Golf Cars dealership in The Villages, Florida .This role will be integral in managing accounting, marketing, administration, and service writing duties. Working closely with our management team in Iowa, the ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless dealership operations.This position reports directly to the Accounting Manager, and indirectly to the General Manager.Job ResponsibilitiesOffer an excellent Best in Class experience to all customers, both on the phone and in personMaster Lightyear scheduling systemComplete all OEM service trainingMaster Update Promise Customer Communication systemAssist Service customers during repair processAssist Service Manager with tasks and duties as neededDay to day accounting tasks such as entering accounts payable entries into software issuing payments for AP entries, sending out invoices, and GL codingGenerate sales leads and new revenue streams through new or improved strategiesAnswer phone calls and delegate to proper departmental staff when appropriateWork with customers to resolve issues and answer questionsManage delegation of emails received through the company inboxAssist with title work and VIN assignments.Performing routine administrative duties including handling incoming mail, managing company email correspondence, and assisting with errands as required(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)Qualifications:High school diploma, or equivalent requiredExcellent computer & organization skillsActive drivers license in good standing is requiredParts/automotive experience not required but definitely a plusStrong knowledge of terminology, repair procedures and service requirements is essentialMust have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, understand their needs and explain service recommendations clearlyAbility to asses customer concerns, identify issues, and recommend solution while considering time and cost constraintsSales skills will be an advantagePrior experience in a customer facing service role, especially as a service advisor is preferred.
