Reporting to the Manager of Paid Digital Marketing, the

Digital Marketing Specialist

is responsible for the execution, monitoring, and measurement of paid digital campaigns, management and daily production of digital analytics dashboards, and assisting with other digital campaigns as needed. This intermediate-level role requires a data-driven, highly analytical digital marketing professional with demonstrated experience building successful digital marketing campaigns.

This position requires creativity and efficiency as you seek ways to optimize our programs without limiting scale.

ResponsibilitiesExecute and track results for paid digital marketing campaigns including paid search, display advertising, retargeting, paid social and other campaigns as assignedMonitor and adjust digital campaign settings including, but not limited to, bid strategy, keywords, search terms, and impression share to achieve target cost per lead and cost per converted leadBrainstorm and recommend new campaigns/tests designed to improve overall digital marketing performanceCoordinate with internal Creative Media team to develop appropriate ad copy and visual assetsLeverage Analytics and BI platforms to update, maintain, and distribute digital marketing KPI reports to Marketing leadershipAssist with updating/maintaining website content including website images, copy, and blog postsRemain current in digital marketing, social marketing, ecommerce, SEO, and web usability trends and best practices, as well as potential new channels/platformsQualifications:

Bachelors' Degree1-3 years' experience in digital marketing and analytics is requiredDemonstrated working knowledge of, and proven success in the execution of digital marketing campaigns via Google Adwords, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and MetaSignificant experience with web analytics/reporting tools such as Google Analytics requiredKnowledge of/experience with Kentico CMS (or similar Enterprise CMS platforms) strongly preferredHTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge a plusHighly proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Excel, PowerPoint, WordComfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment where strategies or priorities can quickly shift as business needs warrantMust be exceptionally organized, highly detail oriented and have strong project management and communication skillsSelf-directed and motivated to manage priority workload is a MUST
