Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to enhance our marketing team's capabilities in digital campaign execution and analysis. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse range of digital marketing initiatives, focusing on paid search, display advertising, social media, and analytical reporting. This role demands a mix of creative thinking, analytical skills, and a persistent attitude to maintain campaign momentum and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including PPC, display ads, DSPs, paid and organic social media.Oversee daily management of digital campaigns, ensuring they meet the strategic goals and stay within budget.Generate, edit, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action across social media platforms.Utilize Google Analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance, understanding trends and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.Collaborate with team members to create compelling advertising materials and ensure brand consistency.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of organization and communication.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.Demonstrated ability to stand your ground and be persistent in achieving marketing objectives.Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Creative thinker with a strong analytical aptitude, able to generate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable project plans.Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of SEO and its impact on digital marketing.Familiarity with Google Ads and other digital marketing tools.Previous experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital channels.Knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices for engagement and growth.What We Offer:
