About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Web Coordinator

with a solid understanding of e-commerce best practices to support our B2B/B2C sites as they mature and grow. This role will support the Magento Systems Manager in all online initiatives spanning across multiple departments and external partners.

What you can do for us:

Ensure our brands are supporting an exceptional customer shopping experience through our merchandising strategy and carefully curated content pagesAssist in maintaining, optimizing and managing all of our Magento and Shopify platformsSet up product for seasonal launches and complete content upload for the websites, ensuring timely releases of product with accurate product informationResponsible for product data entry, bulk image production, and creating new CMS pages to fulfill marketing initiativesAssist in managing 3rd party platforms/integrationsConduct testing of website enhancements and functionality as neededExecute internal web support ticket requestsAssist in the creation of mockups, wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate the design vision and functionality of the websitesWork cross functionally with internal and external business partners to address and resolve site issues and provide timely and accurate responses to questions and concernsOptimize product recommendations and upsells on product detail pages to positively impact AOVAssist in the implementation of site personalization efforts based on customer segments and user groupsExecute on-page and technical SEO best practices, including optimizing metadata, URL structure and internal linking

Qualifications:

BA in Computer Science, Web Design or related fieldTwo years’ experience in a similar roleStrong proficiency in HTML/CSS, CMS, JavaScript, Magento, Shopify and related web technologiesExperience with ERP integration and database managementProficiency in web analytics toolsAbility to handle multiple projects at once and understand how to prioritizeMust demonstrate high level of initiative and resourcefulness, be a solution-seeker.Ability to make practical decisions, solutions, and suggestionsAbility and willingness to perform repetitive tasks on a regular basisAbility to follow and effectively execute directions given, as well as being receptive to constructive feedbackExcellent communication and organizational skills

CompensationStarting annual salary: $60,000-65,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
