Job Description:Design, build, and prototype testing the next-generation broadband plasma (BBP) Wafer inspection opto-mechanical assemblies.
Responsibilities:Collaborated development with core suppliers.Sustain current broadband plasma (BBP) product lines with the manufacturing division.Work with system, optical, electrical, and software engineers to derive the subsystem requirements and conduct design reviews.
Experience:CAD Modeling: Creo/ProEngineer experience preferred.Precision mechanism development: actuator selection, tolerance analysis, lifetime evaluation, optics mounting, alignment & adjustment design, etc.CAE: thermal & structural simulation (ANSYS experience preferred).Qualify and release the mechanism design and provide support for onsite manufacturing.7 to 10 years of industry experience.
Skills:CAD Modeling: Creo/ProEngineer experienceCAE: thermal & structural simulation (ANSYS experience preferred).
Education:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
