About the team The Demand Generation and Marketing Operations team, part of the larger marketing team, is responsible for driving demand and executing marketing operations across various disciplines, and it is part of the larger Marketing team. With expertise in marketing strategy, website development, performance marketing, content creation, social media, events, and regional marketing, we are an instrumental team in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and creating demand for our leading EV charging solutions. About the role As the Product Owner - Websites and Marketing Operations at EVBox, you will be responsible for driving the development, maintenance, and optimization of our company's websites, while also overseeing marketing operations. Working closely with the cross-functional web team, including a designer, developer, content creator, marketers and several agencies, you will lead the website strategy, enhance user experience, and achieve our business objectives. In addition to website ownership, you will also play a vital role in HubSpot CRM development, SEO, web analytics, and other marketing operational activities to maximize our online presence and improve efficiencies. Key responsibilities: Leading the website project team: Motivate and support the multi-disciplinary team and make sure they have everything they need to perform their responsibilities in the best possible way.Website strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive website strategy aligned with EVBox's goals and brand identity.Roadmapping: Own the website, Hubspot, SEO and web analytics roadmaps, clearly communicating the decisions made with both management and the project team.End-to-end product ownership: Define, prioritize and coordinate website features, functionalities, and improvements based on user feedback, business needs, and industry trends. Own processes end-to-end and manage the entire evbox setup, from hosting and security to development, design and analytics.Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with the specialists across various teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of website projects.Agile development: Utilize Agile methodologies and lead all ceremonies (like sprint planning, refinement, retrospective) to define and manage website projects, and coordinate work across teams.Testing and optimization: Implement A/B testing and other testing methodologies to measure and optimize website performance and conversion rates.HubSpot development: Take ownership of HubSpot CRM development, ensuring seamless integration between our websites and Salesforce, and implementing effective marketing automation and lead management processes.SEO: Collaborate with the SEO specialist and content creators to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings, Collaborate with developers to optimize the websites technically for factors like load times, mobile friendliness, sitemap setup, broken links etc.Web analytics: Manage website analytics end-to-end from the Google Analytics & Tag Manager setup to the creation of reporting structures with the relevant stakeholders. Continuously analyze and monitor website performance to drive data-driven insights.Marketing Operations: Oversee and coordinate various marketing operational activities to support campaign execution, lead generation, and sales enablement. About you Education requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business studies, Marketing). Experience requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing or project management. Proven experience as a Product Owner, Web Manager, or similar role, with a focus on website development and optimization. Skills required Professional proficiency in English Strong affinity with the e-mobility space and representing the EVBox brand. Strong understanding of web technologies, HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in an Agile environment. Solid analytical skills, including the ability to interpret website analytics, user feedback, and market research data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with HubSpot development, SEO strategies, web analytics tools, and marketing operational activities is highly desirable.
