Job Title:
Digital Specialist- Marketing
Department:
Marketing
Reports to:
Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer
FLSA Status : Exempt
Position Summary:
The Digital Specialist-Marketing is responsible for implementing and overseeing digital marketing strategies that advance an organization's mission by reaching a broad audience and attaining greater exposure. The results of their efforts include increased website, social and online conversions, website exposure, customer engagement and community interest and involvement. In addition, this position will use web technologies to achieve business growth goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Update and maintain website content.
Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues.
Implement SEO best practices.
Collaborate with design and development teams to improve website functionality.
Implement and monitor website analytics to track performance.
Manage website security and ensure data protection measures are in place.
Conduct use testing and gather feedback for website improvements.
Implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
Research and implement new technologies to enhance website functionality.
Requirements for Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree
3 to 5 years previous experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with a financial institution background.
Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM
Hands on experience with online marketing tools and
Must have strong knowledge of web analytics tools like Google
Experience implementing and optimizing Google AdWords
Familiarity with web design and
Solid understanding of social media platforms and emerging social
Requirements for Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma/ GED
5+ years experience as a website specialist
Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Can manage multiple projects at one time.
Enjoys analyzing data and making changes based off that.
Attention to detail to maintain integrity of the website.
Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Demonstrate the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Speak, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Spanish a plus.
High level of written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organizational and detail oriented skills.
