Your role
Are you an analytical and creative designer who can grasp user needs and solve problems? Do you enjoy increasing user/client satisfaction through an attractive and coherent design experience for products? Do you want to play a key role in transforming our firm into an agile organization?

We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to:
• deliver exceptional user experience across a variety of enterprise functions for employees, candidates, and clients• contribute to highly usable and intuitive digital products for our internal users, collaborating with multiple product teams to strategize and design new products• plan and facilitate workshops to align the product vision and gather all needed requirements of the product: e.g. journey mapping, feature generation and prioritization, scoping and planning iterations of a design, and other design thinking methods• conduct user research and synthesize complex business and user needs into tangible design solutions, bringing a product concept to life quickly• be equally comfortable sketching and wireframing a design solution as when making high-fidelity prototypes and data visualizations beautiful and compelling• build prototypes to communicate interaction details and broader journeys that can also be used to test and validate with users• utilize and contribute to design system components and patterns, advocating for consistency and re-use across all digital products

Your team
In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You'll be working in the People Experience team in our New York office focusing on technology products in the area of Human Resources and Corporate Services. We are a new, nimble group and excited to get our design journey started. You'll be working with team members both on site and globally.

Your expertise
• ideally 5 years' experience designing user-centered products and enterprise applications for mobile and desktop• a strong portfolio showcasing a user-centered design process that you can present and articulate clearly• experience with agile methodologies and integrating UX design with product delivery teams• an obsessive attention-to-detail in everything you do, from storytelling and clarity of communication through to wireframes, detailed prototypes, and intriguing data visualization• experience conducting usability testing and other forms of research, including working closely with users and stakeholders to gather requirements• demonstrable strategic thinking on client projects and experience conducting stakeholder workshops to ideate and prioritize features• knowledge and experience using Figma or other prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, XD, or Axure• knowledge and experience using Miro or other whiteboarding tools such as Mural or FigJam

Salary information
CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $135,000 to $165,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
