Ballard Designs is part of the Cornerstone brands - four interactive, aspirational home and apparel lifestyle brands that deliver inspirations that help customers enjoy, enhance, and celebrate life.You will report to the Sr Manager CRMYour ImpactLead Email and SMS campaign initiation and execution while collaborating across Creative, Marketing, and Merchandising teamsPartner with Creative and Merchandising teams to create compelling content, emphasizing the best in our product line while keeping in mind all Email and SMS best practicesDevelop, proofread, and edit internal and external written content.A/B test in Email and SMS channels to enhance both customer engagement and revenueManage the monthly Email, SMS, and testing calendarYou will provide troubleshooting support for campaign execution issues or other unexpected issues that ariseReview the performance of campaigns in both channels daily, and help report performance of channels to partners within the CRM team, and Creative, Merchandising, and ExecutivesWhat You BringWork experience as a specialist/manager with a minimum of 2-5 years in digital marketingExperience using marketing automation tools to personalize content and messaging in Email and SMS channelsProofreading and editing experience - accuracy is a must, and you have a great eye for it.Great at technology tools such as MS Office, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Davinci, AttentiveExperience working for a digital marketing team.Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.#LI-AW1#LI-HybridIt is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
