ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT -

Primary person responsible for website management including advertising, documents, creative assets, forms, content marketing, member communication, and compliance.

Keep website updated to optimize sales and marketing initiatives and maintain compliance standards.Recommend and implement content for member education opportunities.Maintain relationship with web development agency to resolve technical issues and ensure security needs are met.Identify ways to improve site experience, generate leads and increase member acquisition through the website.DIGITAL MARKETING -

Collaborate with digital marketing agency, marketing team and other resources to develop content and advertising related to member education, product awareness/adoption and membership growth.

Participate with marketing team and agency to strategize placement and design of advertising for online channels, including Google and Meta ads.Develop landing pages as needed for both internal and external digital campaigns and promotions.Assist in the development of content marketing from both internal and external resources. Maintain an email content calendar.Execute email marketing campaigns that align with the marketing plan and corporate goals. Write and edit email copy, ensure quality through thorough proofing and testing of workflows.Work with internal team members to help creatively improve processes and enhance the member experience using marketing automation tools.Maintain knowledge of CRM tools and data; work with internal IT resources to ensure data integrity.DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYSIS -

Collaborate with Red Canoe’s digital marketing agency and marketing management team to maximize ROI of digital marketing efforts.

Review agency reporting with marketing management team; analyze trends and provide suggestions to drive revenue.Utilize data to help marketing team develop and enhance online media offers and measure response to different media.Use GA4 and agency reporting to track, identify and analyze trends in online efforts.SOCIAL MEDIA

- Assist with social media updates with the support of the marketing team. Implement social media advertising campaigns that align with the marketing plan and corporate goals.

Support Red Canoe’s social channels with relevant advertising and content that supports community engagement, member education and brand awareness.Provides metrics and reporting on social media advertising results.Assists with monitoring social channels for mentions of Red Canoe and can mediate for the credit union in online communications to reduce reputation risk.File membership complaints according to policy.OTHER POSITION DUTIES

Must be bondable.Must have a valid driver’s license.Ability to travel and spend time out of the office, which may include nights and/or weekends.Have a professional and courteous attitude with the ability to collaborate and communicate with cross functional teams.Demonstrate excellent written and proofreading skills with a commitment to quality work.Must meet schedule and deadline commitments and handle projects with limited supervision.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or equivalent.Two+ years digital marketing experience.Knowledge of MS Office systems.Experience with Meta Business Suite advertising tools and analytics.Experience with Google Analytics and Ads, GA4 and Ads Certification preferred.Experience with content management systems, HubSpot preferred.Experience with marketing automation tools, HubSpot preferred.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields.HubSpot Certified.Google Ads Certified.ESSENTIAL MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Physical - Office mobility required. Approximately 20% standing, 70% sitting, 10% walking, as needs demand. Possess sufficient manual dexterity to skillfully operate standard office equipment including a computer, photocopier, telephone, and vehicles. Other demands include talking, handling, reaching, seeing (corrected vision) and hearing in normal range. A telephone device to enhance hearing will be provided if needed. Occasional light lifting; maximum lift requirement is 30 pounds. The maximum reach required is 84 inches.Mental - Mental effort is required, involving considerable organization, planning and analytical efforts with superior communication. General demands include alertness, memory, observation, empathy, ingenuity, learning ability, problem solving, patience, initiative, memory, objectivity, creativity, speaking ability, reading, and writing ability in English, judgment, concentration, flexibility, precision, and auditory discrimination.Environmental - Minimum discomfort from heat, dust, air conditioning and noise, including external road noise. Transport within remote department and/or main office/facility may be single or multilevel (as required) including a variety of stairways, elevators, etc. Exposure to computer and other electronic equipment. Lunch/break area is exposed to microwave and is in basement at main office. The facility is 100% free of tobacco smoke.Equipment - Essential equipment used includes, but may not be limited to telephone, personal computer, calculator, printer, photocopier, and office security systems.* Hybrid schedule available after training period
