The Secondary Marketing HFA Analyst will provide support for HFA and Affordable Housing transactions. This position will focus primarily on HFA Lending. Candidate must possess knowledge and understanding of how Housing Finance Agencies work from Origination to Purchasing. Candidate will also have a great understanding of the importance of community lending and the powerful impact it has on communities. Responsibilities:

Analysis of daily Affordable Housing Pipeline report to determine if all Affordable Housing options in the pipeline have been identified and utilizedWork with Branches on education of DPAs and Affordable Housing InitiativesMaintenance of User and Branch Privileges in HFA PortalsAssisting in creating and maintaining a custom HFA Database with critical lock desk dataAssisting in Identifying needs of new branches and setting up User and Branch Privileges in HFA portals once training has been completedResearch complicated HFA scenarios and find solutionsValidate and reconcile HFA loans purchased by HFA InvestorsReviewing new HFAs and products to prepare for rolloutReviewing product and guidelines updates for existing HFAsManage the termination and updates of HFA productsDaily Audit of HFA locksProviding the team with updates from investors that impact the lockCollaborate with other departments on HFA loansPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:

Experience using the Encompass Loan Operating SystemExperience using Optimal BlueExperience working with Service NowExperience working on a lock desk and partnering with many HFA Correspondent InvestorsStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong critical thinking and problem solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment

We offer a comprehensive benefit package including; medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and paid time off. Compensation is based on experience and ranges from $54,000 - $62,000 annually. This is a full-time position.
