Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration with UX designers, Digital Product Managers, business units, enterprise stakeholders.Must have excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex stories in a simple way.Strong preference for Property and Casualty insurance experience, particularly Claims.In addition, experience in partnering with UX Design and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) will set a candidate apart.Candidates may be asked to produce portfolio examples, as well as a writing sample.Develop concepts and write copy for a wide range of projects. Consult with sales and marketing representatives to obtain information on product or service and obtain requirements including style and length of copy.Edit or rewrite the copy as necessary.Prepare articles, bulletins, marketing and promotional material.Manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.Demonstrate creativity ads and the ability to vary the language and tone of messages based on product and medium.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Working with design people to create design content.3-5 years of writing experience.Writing samples will be required or Work Portfolio.Team of 7-8 content creators.Interface/collaborate with other teams as well.Strong preference for
Property and Casualty insurance experience , particularly
Claims . (experience with underwriting and billing would also work in the same space).In addition, experience in partnering with UX Design and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) will set the candidate apart.UX Content Writer 3-5 years.Digital Experience 5+ years.Property and Casualty 3-5 years.Figma, Mural, Content Management Systems.Will collaborate with UX Design and Chief Design Office using Figma or Mural.Candidate may not have immediate access to Figma but should be proficient in working with the tool.
