Job Summary:

Cunningham Restaurant Group is searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team in the Indianapolis Home Office, reporting to the Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate would possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in digital marketing operations. This role is cross-functional, as it manages digital channels for multiple concepts, and will be integral in leading and executing successful campaigns for CRG and its restaurants. This will be accomplished through strong project management, timely output for all work, and meticulous attention to detail.

This role will be required to work 40-50 hours per week, depending on workload and project schedule with an expectation to be on call for scheduled weekends and after business hours.The Cunningham Restaurant Group Marketing Team allows one work-from-home day each week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

In your role as a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:• Planning, executing, and managing digital channels for Cunningham Restaurant Group and its concepts, including email marketing, websites, SEO, SEM, and the CRG VIP mobile app.• Creating and publishing content for CRG's websites and the CRG VIP mobile app.• Overseeing CRG’s web domains and managing new purchases and renewals.• Ideating, designing, and delivering customized email marketing campaigns for CRG restaurants and maintaining an email content calendar.• Managing listings and location details on Google My Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and other relevant platforms.• Collaborating with the Social Media & Content Manager to lead and execute successful marketing campaigns.• Tracking and measuring metrics and performance for websites, SEO, email campaigns, and mobile app and providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.• Maintaining CRG team member email signatures, including the featured the campaign and creative.• Overseeing CRG’s digital marketing technology platforms (Paytronix, Website CMS, Birdeye, and OpenTable)• Managing projects and campaigns through Trello to ensure on-time delivery of deliverables and assignments.• Other duties as assigned. (Some nights, weekends, and support at marketing special events will be required.)

Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications is preferred.• 5 years of experience in email marketing platforms and content management systems• Overall understanding of how platforms in CRG’s tech stack connect and integrate• Proficiency with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics• Ability to analyze data and report accurately on the metrics• Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative, and enthusiastic• Intermediate level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Programs (including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Canva a plus• Strong project management skills & attention to detail required• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
