Responsibilities required of our entry-level Account Manager Trainee:

Learn, utilize, and teach other entry-level employees direct sales techniquesPresent features and benefits of specific products to customers to fit their needsFundamental understanding of all products/services offered by our renowned clienteleRepresent our clients in a professional and courteous mannerProvide customers with the utmost level of customer service and satisfactionEstablish, develop, and maintain a positive and productive relationship with each one of our customer accountsReport daily and weekly sales metrics of our entry-level team to upper managementIdentify holes of weakness and devise a coaching plan to improve each team memberAttend daily meetings, conference calls, and client information training sessionsTraits we are looking for in our entry-level Account Manager Trainee:

About Us

Establishing roots in Dallas, TX in 2015, Dryden Group is a privately owned marketing and sales company. Our founding partner, Lauren, started her marketing career in New York City after graduating from Fordham University where she played soccer and studied Communications. She opened our first office in Washington, DC in 2014. Since then, Dryden has begun to steadily increase our market share by delivering unparalleled results for our clients. Dryden develops sales, marketing, customer service, and management teams, trained in all aspects, client-specific, to lead clients into new markets, cities, and countries. We only believe in organic growth and all promotions are done internally.

Dryden started off working mainly with clients in the non-profit sector, accepting a small contract with a nonprofit that sponsors children in poverty. Our teams have traveled to the Dominican Republic and Colombia and met children who went to school for the first time because of the money they raised and came back inspired. We added 3 more nonprofit clients to our portfolio and quickly became the number one source of donors for our clients. As Dryden's reputation grew, we were able to add on some for-profit clients and expand our business to Dallas, TX. Most recently, we have begun working in the telecom industries and within the last 6 months added 2 more offices to DFW, an office in Atlanta, and an office in Nashville. Due to our record breaking 2019, we were voted our client's number 1 third-party vendor. Even during the pandemic, we have expanded, adding 5 more clients to our portfolio in the course of 2021. We have recently expanded to Nashville and Miami, and are on track to opening new locations throughout the U.S. and expand to cities like Kansas City, Austin, and Charlotte.
