EF Tours Marketing & Creative Studio is looking for a Marketing and Creative Project Manager to join our Boston based team in Cambridge. We are looking for someone to oversee creative in the conception, design, and execution of our materials and campaigns in partnerships with marketing with enthusiasm.

As a Marketing and Creative Project Manager, you will combine your strengths in project management, relationship management, creativity and vendor negotiations into a unique, rewarding role. Curious? Keep reading.

What you'll do:Maintain alignment between business strategy and creative executionProject management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, materials, merchandise and brand communicationsProcess and workflow optimizationResource planning and prioritizationDevelopment of multi-disciplinary project plansFacilitation of project communication from planning through executionProactive identification and solution-setting to mitigate project risksThird-party vendor management and negotiation for print, merchandise and other marketing materialsWho you are:

Bachelor's degreeExperience-3-5 years of Producer or Project Management role, preferably at an agency or an in-house marketing teamExperience managing & negotiating with third-party vendors and managing the production for a variety of marketing materialsKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred, but not requiredExperience working with an integrated project planning & management tool preferred, but not requiredCommunicative-you know who needs to know what and when and never leave anyone in the darkCollaborative-you work and play well with othersDetailed - you might as well have microscopes for eyes because no small detail goes unnoticedDriven-you're confident, goal-oriented and take initiativeSolution-oriented-you're a whiz at learning new things and finding the most efficient solution to problemsAdaptable-you shift gears quickly and manage time wellWho we are:

The overall ET/EA Marketing and Creative team is made up of 45 staff: writers, designers, video editors, producers, photographers, web content developers, email and marketing automation, lead-generators, and more. We make anything the business needs and create whatever we can dream up, all in-house. Customer-first and collaboration forward, the Marketing Strategy team leverages our deep understanding of the customer and the business to drive the strategies and solutions that get more students and teachers traveling.
