As a

Senior Marketing Coordinator

at DRMP, you will assume an advanced role with increased responsibilities in coordinating and managing pursuit development activities and assisting marketing leadership with strategic initiatives. Building upon your experience as an Intermediate Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading proposal efforts, driving innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and alignment with company objectives.

Your Primary Responsibilities will includeTake an advanced role in coordinating and managing pursuit development activities from initiation to submission, demonstrating leadership, autonomy and strategic decision-making.Lead communication and collaboration with internal and external teams including engineers, designers, and project managers to gather necessary information for pursuits.Conduct advanced research and analysis on potential clients, projects, market trends, and competitors to inform pursuit strategies and differentiate company offerings.Lead the creation of compelling narratives and edit pursuit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with client requirements and company standards.Take a lead role in creating and editing graphics to enhance pursuit materials, demonstrating the ability to creatively conceptualize and execute engaging page layouts in Adobe InDesign.Collaborate with graphic design staff to plan/produce more complex graphics.Manage, maintain, and continuously develop a centralized repository of pursuit templates, boilerplate content, and graphics, ensuring accessibility, version control, and organization.Lead quality control efforts on own pursuits and peers, and assist leadership with Red and Gold QC ensuring accuracy, completeness, formatting, and compliance with RFP (Request for Proposal) requirements and ensures alignment with company's brand identity and messaging.Perform your own and assist leadership in confirming junior staff are tracking progress of assigned opportunities in Deltek Vision and designated project management software.Ensure closeout activities for completed pursuits are carried out accurately and timely, providing oversight and guidance to junior team members.Lead project research such as competition analysis, industry trends, etc.Attend pre-proposal, selection committee, and debriefing meetings as a lead representative of the proposal team, actively contributing insights and recommendations.Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members fostering their development and growth in pursuit coordination.Ability to handle advanced-level pursuit workload without jeopardizing the integrity of the final product.Organizes and coaches peers and technical staff in presentation rehearsals.Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements, document management strategies and optimizing collaboration efforts, in union with marketing leadership.Effectively lead internal and external debriefs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within our team and technical staff.Leads quarterly review of competitor materials and quarterly quality control reviews.Lead other proposal-related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in supporting team and leadership goals.Expectations

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English and/or related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently, as part of a team and as a leader.Ability to collaborate with a range of professionals including VPs, clients, teaming partners and peers.Ability to assess problems and implement solutions.Ability to manage competing and changing priorities and perform multiple tasks within compressed timelines.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities maintaining a sense of urgency.Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat.Must possess or be in the process of obtaining an Adobe InDesign certification.Prior experience in proposal development, marketing, or AEC industry.DRMP Offers
