The TechSolve Marketing Team is on the lookout for a dynamic

Marketing Coordinator

to join our ranks. This role is all about energy and excitement as you'll dive into supporting the creation and execution of TechSolve's marketing communications, managing our website, crafting engaging social media campaigns, and coordinating thrilling events. As the bridge between our company and third-party marketing organizations, you'll need top-notch organizational skills and a knack for writing. Your daily grind will involve event management, content creation for social media, blogs, emails, marketing campaigns, and more. We're seeking a creative soul with an eye for detail and stellar time management abilities.

This role is pivotal within our dynamic development team! As a vital team player, you'll play a crucial role in linking manufacturers with essential support resources, fueling the growth of our vibrant industry here in Southwest Ohio and beyond!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Communications:

• Assist in preparing and scheduling our weekly marketing communications across various media channels, including social media, email, and website copy.

• Get hands-on with creating creative assets and content for our marketing campaigns, fueling awareness, lead generation, and relationship nurturing initiatives.

• Contribute to crafting fresh content and assets for TechSolve's WordPress website, keeping it engaging and up-to-date.

Event Planning and Production:

• Dive into all aspects of event planning, coordination, execution, and post-production, ensuring every event is a success. Past events include manufacturing roundtables, TechSolve's Annual Cybersecurity Summit, timely webinars, and more!

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

• Measure and optimize our marketing communications efforts, diving into social post and page/profile analytics, and identifying opportunities for reposts and responses.

• Monitor website and social media pages and address clients' queries.

• Support internal communications and processes.

• Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels.

• Analyze industry search trends and research SEO best practices for our blog content, driving organic website traffic and conversions.

Requirements

Competencies:

• Passionate about content marketing and communications best practices and trends.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and anticipate project needs.

• Exceptional communication skills and a creative mindset.

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics

• Familiarity with manufacturing industry or B2B marketing a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing & Design Communications, Public Relations, or a relevant field/experience.

• 1-3 years of progressive experience, preferably in the B2B space within a professional services/consultancy environment.
