JLL's Sustainability Team is responsible for developing and delivering the company's sustainability ambition. Our sustainability strategy ranges from taking climate action, providing safe and healthy spaces, to creating fair and inclusive spaces that support positive impact and equal opportunities for al. To be successful, we must educate and engage our organization and embed sustainability thinking across our enterprise. The Sustainability Communications Director will play a crucial role in developing and executing an internal communications strategy to deliver on this. In partnership with key internal stakeholders, the Director of Sustainability Communications will plan, coordinate, develop and implement key internal communications for distinct and diverse internal stakeholders, including key governance committees and working groups focused on JLL's sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities.Plan, develop, coordinate and implement strategic communications and materials for distinct and diverse internal audiences to advance JLL's sustainability goals.Connect various internal stakeholder communications into a cohesive and planned approach supported by connective narrative and aligned delivery calendar.Distill and translate ESG and sustainability concepts into briefing materials for executives and global employees.Work closely and effectively with our CSO and GS team leaders to deliver key communications today, but also to imagine future communication priorities and collaborate to plan for the future.Support the creation of an effective and collaborative GS Team through coordination, creation and execution of team communications, onboarding of new team members and supporting creation of new processes and team building efforts.Be a connective thread across the GS team for tone, voice and coordination of various communications efforts.Be the lead connection point and collaborator with key internal communications groups within JLL and work to collaboratively support broader JLL communications efforts through review and content contribution, and identify integration and alignment opportunities with these stakeholders.Work in collaboration with other global teams including learning and development, marketing and others to ensure consistency of corporate messages and clear communication of the company's sustainability goals, strategies, and performance to internal and external audiences.Support our CSO to evaluate and pursue thought leadership opportunities (speaking, media, social) accordingly, ultimately building awareness and increasing positive reputation for the brand.Your skills and capabilities

Bachelor's Degree11+ years of experience in communications or public relationsPast role in sustainability focused communications or in a communications role heavily focused on sustainabilityPast success leading and executing global communications programsOther Requirements

Location:

This individual must reside within commuting distance from our office in Atlanta, GA

Work-Life Integration (WLI) Designation:

Two (2) days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote at home

Domestic & International Travel required 1-2 times per year

Estimated compensation for this position is:

85,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
