About the Role

Spiegelworld is looking for a temporary marketing coordinator to join the team at the Headquarters Office in Las Vegas. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing department with responsibilities and administrative tasks that are essential to the success of marketing, social, events and public relations efforts. The role will report to the Vice President, Marketing & Sales while supporting the department as a whole. This is a temporary position and the pay for this role is $20/hour.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and marketing support duties across asset management, invoicing, reporting and coordination.Work with vendors to fulfill job creative requests to ensure accuracy and timelines are met.Negotiate and source for project production and manage trafficking, following up to ensure quality, delivery, installation and completion.Audit and maintain content updates across website, sales tools and communications.Preparation of decks and documents for presentations, proposals and business tools.Support of the team in coordination of appearances, ticket confirmations and reservations.Coordinate with onsite teams for maintaining current marketing content and brand integrity.Aid in maintaining social content calendars, customer online reputation and listings updates.Marketing event and activation support, coordinate logistics, manage invites, and onsite set up.Actively engage in our antiracist commitment and internal practices by participating in offered learnings, engaging in conversations around Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility, and helping us maintain a safe and welcoming workspace.Other duties as assigned, based upon department needs.What You Bring:

Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (hospitality and/or entertainment experience a plus)Excellent communication skills, written and verbalAbility to manage high profile clients while maintaining professionalismStrong ability to multitaskAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAny and all aspects of this job can expand at any time so candidates should be flexible and open to change within their market and job dutiesPhysical Requirements
