Everspring, a leading provider of education technology and service solutions, is seeking a Digital Media Manager. The Digital Media Manager must have solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape, and have experience building and optimizing paid media campaigns. We are looking for someone who is comfortable thinking strategically and analyzing performance in a continually evolving, dynamic environment. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is located in Chicago, offering a hybrid work environment with 2 days required in-the-office every week.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

Own creation and execution of digital advertising effortsMonitor conversion tracking to ensure consistent advertising presence & accurate reportingManage day-to-day paid media buys, including campaign analysis and performance monitoringDeliver actionable audience and optimization-based insightsUnderstand performance objectives, develop paid media strategies to meet, or exceed, themTesting & Innovation

Construct testing plan and execute on-going tests within advertising channels to assess targeting, bidding & content strategiesWork cross-functionally within the organization to ensure user experience throughout the purchase funnel is aiding conversionKeep daily tabs on industry trends and serve as a subject matter expert internallyCross Functional Collaboration

Work with client engagement to understand goals, address partner needs, and communicate results and insightsWork with the Analytics team to facilitate reporting and ad hoc analysisWork with internal teams to design and implement new digital media capabilitiesQualifications:

3+ years of experience working in a digital marketing capacityExperience managing a large paid media budgetFamiliarity with digital advertising tools & platforms preferred (Facebook Power Editor, AdEspresso, Hootsuite, AdWords, or similar)Working knowledge of the holistic digital landscape: video, audio, programmatic, paid search and marketing analyticsProven technical and analytical aptitude, with a curiosity for testing and innovationEffective communicator and collaborator; experience working with cross-functional teamsProactive mindset and the ability to meet multiple objectives in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environmentCreative thinker with analytical mindset to support insights with dataStrong organizational skills with an eye for detail and qualityTeam player with an entrepreneurial spirit
