Starting base salary range is $80,000-$90,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience. Full benefits are available and the position is eligible for the Manager level annual bonus program.

The Sr. Manager, Exposition Marketing is responsible for digital and social media marketing to maintain InfoComm International in North America’s brand and should have experience with strategies to develop, lead, implement, track, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution across all digital channels. The Sr. Manager, Exposition Marketing will work with the exposition marketing team and other departments within AVIXA to launch campaigns on time and on budget including the InfoCommShow.org website, SEO/SEM/CRO and overseeing direct report responsible for social media, social influencer program, and paid media.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, and overseeing social media, social influencer program, and paid media advertising.Planning, design, implementation, and development of the InfoCommShow.org website working collaboratively with the web design and creative brand agency to design website layout for the annual InfoComm tradeshow.Monitor and upgrade InfoCommShow.org website.Identifying, responding to, and troubleshooting all website issues; ensuring the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.Collaborate with key AVIXA stakeholders to create appropriate website content aligned the InfoComm Show Strategy.Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information and regular test plans.Improve and maintain the user experience of the website regularly, and designing user journeys with consideration of attendee, prospect, and exhibitor personas.Create strategies to grow subscriber base, social media engagement, and web traffic metrics.Ensuring full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.Identify trends, insights, and industry best practices, monitor competitor websites, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually and to executive management.Plan, execute, brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and measure experiments and conversion tests.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Collaborate and maintain relationships with strategic partners, agencies, and other vendor partners.Oversee direct report responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and growing InfoComm social media presence across all digital channels, the social influencer program, paid media advertisement, and managing photography and videography onsite at the annual InfoComm event.Perform other duties as assigned by executive management.Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has one direct report and works collaborative with other exposition marketing department staff including the Sr. Director of Exposition Marketing, the Manager, Exposition Marketing, and others on the Exposition and Event Services Team, the Content Team, Content Delivery Team, and AVIXA Communications Team to integrate association messaging and meet overall show marketing needs.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in digital marketing.Minimum of 5 years of experience in events and/or B2B marketing.Previous employment at an association with trade show experience a strong plus.Familiarity working with a content management system (CMS) a plus.Familiarity working with a customer relationship management system (CRM) a plus.Experience with project management software a plus; ClickUp, ASANA, or TeamworkExperience maintaining budgets and making effective use of resources.Knowledge of the AV industry a plus.Skills and Attributes

Approximately 10% travel per year for site visits, exhibitor committee meetings, industry events, annual InfoComm event, and as needed for other InfoComm related business needs in the United States.
