Job Summary
We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will contact our existing customers to extend their annual warranties.. Your responsibilities may include verifying data, updating existing information, entering new information, speaking with customers and other marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is great on the phone with attention to detail and good computer skills.
Responsibilities
Use phone, computer or other office equipment to access the database system
Contact customers via phone, email, text and mail
Collect information directly from customers and enter information into the database
Maintain an organized filing system of customer information
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience as a Customer Service Clerk or in a similar position is preferred
Excellent phone skills
Familiarity with standard office equipment such as scanners and printers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
