Responsibilities:Lead PropertyGuru’s regional fulfilment operations team that services and executes media and marketing deliverables for B2B clientsWork closely with sales and pre-sales teams to support, for instance, with updates on inventory availability of online B2B productsChampion client servicing excellence as part of our ongoing transition from a transactional media sales to an enterprise focused businessManage daily operation and roster planning of the team and lead fulfilment of all online B2B product types, including banner inventory, social media marketing campaigns and ListingsLead a team of, client servicing professionals, full-stack performance marketers/ ad operations specialists and content writers that bring campaigns from from conceptualization and (media) planning to ad copy writing, set-up, optimization and performance analysisTake a hands-on approach to strengthening strategic client relationships by actively participating in client conversations and meetings, including but not limited to, pre-sales, and fulfilmentMonitor campaign delivery against revenue plans and timelines Set up processes and service level agreements to empower teams to effectively incorporate new capabilities/channels into their workflowsFoster team discipline, communication, and morale to strengthen teamwork within the teamRequirements:Minimum of 10 years in a digital marketing agency, publisher advertising role or AdTech operations roleExperienced in leading cross-functional teams, championing effective collaboration and spearheading client centricity with a focus on renewalsSolid comprehension of the digital advertising ecosystem, including Supply Side Platforms (SSP), communication platforms and media buying (paid social, display and search)The role involves direct client interaction, hence, a strong command of English and a high degree of confidence interacting with clients (up to C-level) is important Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused with a can-do attitudeAbility to turn analyses into actionable insightsPrior experience with marketing in the real estate industry is highly beneficialProven understanding of servicing clients with digital marketing campaign is an advantagePropertyGuruGroup is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, innovative an learningenvironmentwith the best employees.
