If you’re looking to make a difference with and for the people dedicated to stopping crime, for good, then we want you on our team.The Role:The Director of Field Marketing leads the strategy and execution of marketing programs performed at the regional level to achieve regional pipeline and ARR targets. Leading a team of regional field marketers you’ll work closely with regional sales leads to generate and progress demand through events, industry media, and marketing led initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who can set a unified global field marketing strategy, and execute efficient and effective regional programs that inspire current and future community members.Your Responsibilities:Leveraging a global marketing strategy, you’ll lead the development of regional marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth and conversion, including events, content, media, and partner marketing activities.Be the voice of the field to the broader marketing team, including sales insights and inputs to directly impact marketing strategy and in turn be the primary representative of the broader marketing team to field sales.Scale field marketing activities and impact, while balancing the unique needs and characteristics of regional markets.Contributing to and participating in customer leadership calls; including developing and fostering relationships with regional and sales leads,and participating in prospect and customer demonstrations and calls.Integral role in the global marketing leadership team; including aligning and connecting global go-to-market initiatives with regional execution, and collaborating with product marketing, growth, content, and brand to drive regional success.Coach and lead the field team to create a high performance with high care culture.Achieve high and consistent ROI from Regional Marketing programs, through operational rigour, measurement and financial management.RequirementsDeep experience in the B2B SaaS with a focus on regional, field, channel and partner marketing; working directly with sales teams.Skilled at building and maintaining relationships, being a strategic partner to sales and engaging with senior leadership.Action orientated, with a track record of delivering results in line with company objectives through operational excellence, including accelerating and progressing pipeline.Highly detail-oriented and is excellent at collaborating cross-functionally across marketing, sales, internal stakeholders, and external partners.Extensive team management and development skills, including career development and coaching.Nice-to-have: sales leadershipWe are looking for people who demonstrate a strong alignment to our Guiding Principles (you can find these on our Careers page).Ability to travel domestically (up to 15%) and internationally (up to 5%)This role will report to Marcus Hoefliger, VP of Marketing.Born to a Swiss father, and a Maori mother of Te Arawa descent, I’m a little different, and I love it. At the time of writing this, I’ll be splitting my time between being a Dad to two lil lads under 3, sport and mountain bike addict, wannabe chef, and helping Auror empower more retailers around the world to stop crime, for good.
